She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bohacek and Elizabeth Bohacek (Krish); her husband George Lepich; her brother Victor Bohacek (Rita); her sister-in-law Dorothy Bernhardt (Earl); and her friends, Idabelle Bloom and Shirley Strauss.
She is survived by: her son Jim Lepich (Jane); her granddaughter Nancy Pettit (Tristan); her great grandchild Slater; her grandson Mark Lepich (Brenda); her great grandchildren, Faith and Dexter; her grandson Randy Lepich (Sara); her great grandchildren, Caleb and Hannah; her grandson Greg Lepich (Amber); her great grandchildren, Allegra, Ethan and Preston; her grandson John Lepich (Bridget); her great grandchildren, Eric and Cody; her grandson James D. Lepich; her daughter Barbara Vogel (Charles); her grandson Brett Vogel (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Jax and Mallory; her grandchildren, Todd Vogel (Jenna Keib) and Lisa Vogel (Nathan C. Frailey Sr.); and her great grandchild Nathan C. Frailey II. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
