He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Rathsack (Charles); his parents, Jospeh Rathsack and Clara Rathsack (Liddle); his siblings, Kathryn, Walene, Richard and Walter; and his nephew Ricky Rathsack.

He is survived by: his brother Joseph Rathsack; his sister-in-law Judy Rathsack of Atmure, AL; and his close friend Judy Lorenz (VanSchepen) of Leesburg, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
