He is survived by: his close friend Sally Farr; his children, Mark Mielczarek (Becky), Michelle Anderson (Brian) and Matthew Mielczarek of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Jordan Anderson, Austin, Alex, Adam and Ashton Mielczarek; his great grandchild Reagan Mielczarek; his brother Richard Mielczarek (Billy) of Las Vegas, NV; his stepchildren, Russell Farr (Michelle) of Manitowoc and Theresa Farr of Manitowoc; and his sisters-in-law, Sophie Kopec (Henry), Janet Klimek (Robert) and Helen Smolen (Joseph). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
