She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Simono and Leone Simono (Kassner); her former husband Gary Jirikowic; her husband Gary "Schmitty"; and her parents-in-law, Edward and Viola Jirikowic.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Wilker (Kurt), Melissa Radandt (Jason), Ryan Jirikowic (Kira), Scott Jirikowic, Adam Jirikowic (Gloria) and Gina Musial (John); her grandchildren, Easton, Nolan Wilker, Eden, Jackson, Ella Radandt, Grayson and Myles Musial; and her siblings, Michael Simono (Karla), Patrick Simono (Jayne), Jack Simono (Cindy), Susan Herrmann (Fred), Lynn Opichka (Gary) and Peggy Beyer (Timm). She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Mary Ann's name and will donate to a charity of their choice.
