With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn Bonfigt of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marilyn left this world on March 31, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Kohlbeck and Marcella Kohlbeck (Grall); her husband Ken Bonfigt; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Eleanor Bonfigt; and her close friend Don Hoff.
She is survived by: her son Jason Bonfigt (Kelly); her siblings, Sandy Gauthier (John) and Allen Kohlbeck (Janice); and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Valenta (Ben), Janice Gollata (Ron) and Dale Bonfigt (Doreen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home (628 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 12:10 PM at the Knollwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery (1500 WI-310, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Marilyn's name that will be used to benefit organizations that were important to her.
