She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Dennis (Stevens) and George Dennis; her sister Becky Krueger; and her brother-in-law Stephen Proehl. She is survived by: her fiancé Bruce Gilbert; her grandfather Bob Kafka; her siblings, Bill Dennis (Brenda), Terri Sprout (Stephen) and Georgette Krajna (Tony); her daughter April Dennis; her adoptive son Roosevelt; her grandchildren, C. J. Kronforst, Aleigha Dennis and Kiera Dennis; her aunts, Jean Krueger and June Wagner; and her nieces and nephews, Bill Dennis (Shelly), Chris Dennis, Brandon Kafka, Cordell Krueger, George Krajna and Sam Krajna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Peggie's name are appreciated to Lakeshore Humane Society.
