She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Denk and Agnes Denk; her husband Fred Burkart of Mary's Catholic Church; her daughter Cheryl "Sherry" DeRoche; and her siblings, Louis Denk III, John Denk, Delores Kohlbeck (Robert), Irene Zipperer (Art), Ruth McCarthy (Leroy) and Elizabeth Christel (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Jim Burkart (Ann), Kim Waack and Bradley Burkart (Lisa); her grandchildren, Carissa Dembraski (Scott), Jaimie Timm (Ryan), Andrew and Rachel Burkart; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Lucy Timm and Kaileb Dembraski; and her sisters, Georgiana Witt and Patrcia Crittendon.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Marge's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
