He was predeceased by: his parents, August Guenther and Hulda Guenther (Wollenburg); his wife Joyce L. Guenther; and his siblings, Irma, Lillian (Lolly), Earl Guenther, Carl Guenther and Leonard Guenther.
He is survived by: his children, Louis Guenther of Manitowoc, Leon Guenther of Manitowoc, Nathan Guenther of Manitowoc, Kathy Gano of Lyndon, KS and LaVaune Guenther; his sister Louise Chung; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Guenther. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In the past Lloyd enjoyed making financial donations to many charities.
