He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Maedke and Verona Maedke (Rankin); his wife MaryAnn Maedke; his siblings, Donald Maedke and Shirley Owen; and his grandson Carl Maedke.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ranson (Brittany), Brianna (Braden), Jenna (Kyle), Logan (Jen), Derek (Caitlyn), Max and Eli (Brynn); his great grandchildren, Wesson, Weylyn, Wren, Warrick and Vivienne; his niece Connie Popp-Miller (Michael); his sister-in-law Beverly Maedke; and also, Craig Maedke (Debbie) of Manitowoc, Doug Maedke (Sandra) of Manitowoc and Brian Maedke (Patti) of Manitowoc.
