She was predeceased by: her mother Gail Johanek (Sieker). She is survived by: her father Jim Johanek; her stepmother Linda Johanek of DePere; and her brother Mike Johanek of DePere. She is also survived by step-siblings; aunts and uncles; cousins; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to the Special Olympics of Manitowoc County or Ascend Services.
