She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cisler and Martha Cisler (Andres); her husband David Hartman Sr.; her son Anthony Hartman; and her siblings, Allen Cisler, Milton Cisler (Janet) and Calla Spevacke.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth (Randy), Todd Hartman (Cindy), David Hartman (Kelly Bukowski) and Hobart; and her siblings, Wayne Cisler (Joyce) and Leah Simmons. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the All - Care Center (925 S 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
