John Konop Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Konop of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 5, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Konop and Eunice Konop (Bauknecht); and his brother-in-law John Dewane. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Konop; his children, Mark Konop (Kelli), Jeff Konop of La Vernia, TX, Scott Konop (Karen) and Drew Konop (Nicole); the mother of his children Joan LaFond-Schultz; his stepson Wayne Genrich (Melissa); his grandchildren, Nate, Alexandria, Kara, Erick, Bennett, Brandon and Dalton; his great grandchild Leo; and his siblings, June Lamers (Jerry), Sun Prairie, Kay Dewane, Bob Konop (Mary) of Vernon Hills, IL, Jane Krcma (Rick), Eileen Kummer (Lee) and Jean Lockington (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Jack's name be made to Breast Cancer Research, Wounded Warriors or the charity of your choice.
