We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2024, at the age of 91, JoAnne A. Bartelme of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Branch, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Shaffer and Agnes Shaffer (Hoffman); her husband Robert Bartelme; and her brothers, Benjamin and Kenneth Shaffer (Elaine).
She is survived by: her niece Lynn Seidl-Babcock; her nephew Tom Bartelme; and her close friends, Cheryl Hanson, Sharon VanElls (Michael) and Green Bay. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Manitowoc Humane Society, Capitol Civic Center, Peace United Church of Christ in her name.
