We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joan Heinzen of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joan and Mildred VanKylen Brice Sr. Joan; and her son Steven Heinzen. She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Heinzen; and her sons, Jeffrey Heinzen (Tina), David Heinzen (Lisa) and Dr. James Heinzen (Heather). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
