With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer L. Hogan of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Jennifer is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hogan and Lucille Hogan (Goese); and her husband Charlie Ratigan. She is survived by: her sister Melissa Hogan Schwalbe; her brother-in-law Charles P. Schwalbe of Boonsboro, MD; her nieces, Stephanie Schwalbe Bernier (Michael) of Venice, FL, Rebecca Schwalbe Bollweg (Chad) of West Friendship, MD and Katharine Schwalbe of Boonsboro, MD; her goddaughter Emily Bernier; her great-nephews, Aidan and Owen Bollweg; her brother-in-law Tom Ratigan of Sacramento, CA; and her close friend Joseph Sherlag of Pinellas Park, FL.
