He was predeceased by: his father Donald; his daughter Dawn; his grandson Jonathon; and his brothers, Bill and Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Lynch (Scott), Isabella Albanese (Vince), James Jr. Halada (Kim), John Markham (Teri), Bill Halada (Gail), Greg Markham and Rick Halada (Jacy); his grandchildren, Tim Halada (Kim), Trent Brooke (Bridgette), Tristina Lynch, Tony Lynch, Austin Herbst, Sebastian Herbst, Taylor Markham, Alicia Fielder (Ronnie), Jaden Halada, Kerrigan Halada, Morgan Swetlik, David Schroeder, Kayla Schroeder, Mikenzie Hammel, Lexi Hammel and Ether Waskow; his mother Ruby Halada; his siblings, Cris O'Connell, Margaret Ricard (Steve), Tony Halada (Lisa) and Larry Halada (Deb); and his sister-in-law Cindy Halada. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. with a prayer service and military rites beginning at 6:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jim's name.
