She was predeceased by: her father Matthew "Matt" Moehn; her daughter Lori; her siblings, Lucille Martin (Harry), Luella Brooks (Bob), George Moehn (Betty), Harold Moehn, Cliff Moehn (Florence), Mary Schwobe (Robert) and Art Moehn; her sister-in-law Sylvia Moehn; and her fathers-in-law, Bill Lucey, Tom Lucey (Shirley), Jack Lucey and Mike Lucey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lucey (Ellen), Kathy Glaeser (Mark), Jeff Lucey (Carlos) and Mary Ann Dilling (Al); her grandchildren, Steven Glaeser (Millicent), Megan Enderby (Matt), Alex Kenealy (Patrick), Devin McGovern (Connor), Joseph Lucey (Bri) and Joshua Dilling; her great grandchildren, Huxley, Luella, Marigold Glaeser, Lena, Julia Enderby, Keegan, Leo, Baker Kenealy, DJ Lucey and Dillin McGovern; her siblings, Matt Moehn, Gerry Moehn (Pat) and Carol Mueller (Dick); her sisters-in-law, Eileen, Doris Moehn, Nancy Lucey and Kathy Lucey; and her friends, Rita Jansen, Dan and Cyndi Svacina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Helen's honor to the Roncalli High School Scholarship Fund or the Alzheimer's Association.
