He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kukoski and Lucille Kukoski Sr. (O'Neil); his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Barb Kukoski Jr.; his mother-in-law Evie Fictum; his brother-in-law Steve Fictum; and his grandparents, Sophia, Cashmire Kukoski, Eliza and Raymond O'Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Susie; his daughter Kim Behnke (Dick) of Manitowoc; his grandsons, Travis Behnke (Anna) of Kenai and Dylan Behnke of Manitowoc; his sister Mary Ann Musial (Dennis) of Manitowoc; his father-in-law Fran Fictum of Manitowoc; his siblings-in-law, Scott Fictum (Julie) of Two Rivers and Karen Fictum of Manitowoc; and his pet Libby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephew, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer memorial donations to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
