He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chupita; his children, Justin Chupita (Andrea), Nicole Gifford (Domminic), Green Bay, Angela Geiser (Jason), Tammy Ott (Noah) and Jaime Ozment (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Chupita, Lauren Chupita, Molly Gifford, Mackenzie Schoen, Elise Ott, Elliot Gifford, Sebastian Gifford, Dante Gifford, Zachary Schoen, Merrick Ott, Hayden Bastian and Ashton Bastian; and his brothers, David Chupita of Menchalville and Daniel Chupita (Kay) of Menchalville.
