He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnsen; his children, Jean Ann Gates (Gary), Donald "Butch" Walske (Evelyn), Lynn Marie Cooper and Francis Creek; and his stepchildren, Theresa Mella, Fitchburg, Julie Maslanka (Gerald), Steven Johnsen (Dawn) and Dennis Johnsen (Brenda). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 20 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
