He is survived by: his parents, Suzanne Carbon Avery and Ronald Meyer (Jane); his wife Michelle Bast; his sons, Dylan Bietzel of Nashville, TN and Matthew Krogman; and his siblings, Todd Meyer (Becky) and Kari Merrill (Joel). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
