With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra J. Fencl of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Rusch and Jean Rusch (Woller); her husband Ronald Fencl; her nephew Jason; her brothers-in-law, Don Baker, Jeff Fencl and Paul Fencl; and her mother-in-law June Fencl.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Ruelle, Manitowoc (Mark Kiley), Robert Ruelle (Aimee), Forest Junction, Joseph Ruelle and Jon Ruelle; her grandchildren, Monica Eslinger (Kyle), Forest Junction, Natasha Hostettler (Steven), Hilbert, Bobbie-Jo Ruelle and Mason Ruelle; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Asher, Daphne, Braxton and Wesley; the father of her children Wayne Ruelle; and her sisters, Sue Baker, Connie Laffin (Walter) and Cindy Baker (Jerry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
