He is survived by: his cousins, Jeanette VanCamp (Hoffman) and Bob Palzer; his children, Cynthia Krueger (Terry), David Eis (Debra) and Peggy Eis (Jeffrey Lee); his grandchildren, Michael, Brian, Christopher, Tyler, Nicholas, Angela, Jacob, Kerri, Alexander, Ian and Anna; and his sister JoAnn Weyenberg. He is also survived by several relatives and close friends.
