He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred DeWitt and Maryanne DeWitt (Campell); and his brother Alfred "Freddy" DeWitt. He is survived by: his wife Luanne DeWitt; his stepchildren, Valerie Carballo (Dan), Michelle Hoeppner (Aaron) and Joshua Schmidt (Alexandra); his brother Patrick DeWitt (Jill); his nieces and nephews, Josh, Collin and Ryan; his stepmother Norma DeWitt; his parents-in-law, Kenneth "Bob" and Luetta Flaa; and also, Kevin Flaa (Kristine), Paul Flaa (Lori), Mark Flaa (Julie) and Michael Flaa (Julie). He is also survived by seven step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, Two Rivers, or to a local animal shelter of your choice.
