She was predeceased by: her parents, John Powalish and Irene Sukowaty Powalish; her sister Carol Parsons; her parents-in-law, Daniel and Gladys Kaminski; and her sister-in-law Sharon Clark.
She is survived by: her former spouse Ronal L. Kaminski; her husband Ron; her children, Chris Kaminski (Angela Walker), Timm Kaminski (Allyn) and Rhonda Zahn (Mark); her grandchildren, Brittany, Costner, Morgan, Devin, Madison, Kayleigh and Matthew; her sisters, Linda Elmore, Sandi Gauthier and Cathy Stangel (Casey); and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials in Sally's name to Saint Judes Children's Hospital.
