He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ralph Mullins. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Stover and Tracy Stover (Haese); his son Nikkolai Shane Mullins; his brother Joseph Stover; his grandparents, Thomas Haese and Donna Ellert; and his aunts and uncles, Kristine Haese (Dale Duerschmidt) of Virginia, Tammy Rosman (Phil LiVolsi) of Virginia, Carrie of Virginia, Jim Monk of Virginia, Anna Mullins of Virginia and Greg Mullins of Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to keep everyone safe, the family requests that everyone please wear a facemask and practice social distancing.
