She is survived by: her husband Thomas Peroutka; her children, Michael Peroutka and Cindy Lemmens (Brian); her granddaughter Kayla Lemmens; her siblings, Dave Hutterer, Dale Hutterer (Ellen), Darrell Hutterer and Judy Seidl (Aloyce); and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Hutterer, Marlene Schultz, John Peroutka (Elaine), William Peroutka (Joyce) and Greg Peroutka (Faye). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
