He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl "Cheri" Herzog of Mary's Catholic Church; his parents, Arnold F. Herzog and Delores "Lori" Herzog Jr. (Wendt); his parents-in-law, Robert and Rosemary Lambert; and his brothers-in-law, David Lambert and Jeff Christensen.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Herzog (Laura) of Duluth, MN, Lisa Hoffman (Brent) of Menomonie, WI and Chad Herzog (Lauren) of Brooklyn Park, MN; his grandchildren, Tucker, Kail, Selah, Isabelle, Elias, Wells and Marin; his sister Kim Berres (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Lambert (Ann), Mark Lambert (Kay), Edith Lambert of Baldwin, MS and Michele Kottke (Cary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
