It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Funk of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Shafer and Marion Shafer (Griffiths); and her husband Howard Funk. She is survived by: her son Timothy Funk (Jennifer); her siblings, Betty Dahlke (Dick), Dean Shafer (Sandra) of Columbiaville, MI. and Dan Shafer (Debra); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Heskett of Estherville, IA., Leonard Funk (Patricia) of Jefferson, WI. and Dorene Kammin (Norman) of Elroy, WI.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
