He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Falk and Arlene Falk (Rotter); his brothers, Richard Falk and Roger Falk; his nephew Justin Genskow; and his brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Genskow.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Falk of Ellison Bay and Francine Falk of Kimberly; his sister-in-law Carol Falk of Sister Bay; and his nieces, Laura Reetz (Brett) of Baileys Harbor, Kristen Demarinis (Chris) of Sister Bay, Jeaneen Kimball (Matt) of Neenah and Ashley Van Thomee (Reid) of Webster. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
