He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Simons and Juliette Simons (Pendleton); and his parents-in-law, Eva and Matthias Ritchie. He is survived by: his wife Donna Simons (Ritchie); his children, Jeff Simons (Julie), Tyler Simons (Marie), Aaron Simons-Terry (Currie), Matthias Simons (Samantha), Megan Barrington (Benjamin) and Amanda Bruette (Benjamin); and his sister Irene Lindemann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
