He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. and Lillian Levezow (Ely); his children, Kathy Surma and Mark Levezow; his sisters, Yvonne Levezow and Karen Levezow; and his sister-in-law Jean Levezow.
He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Schilling; his children, Sue Murrow (Ed) of Manawa, Mike Levezow (Sandy) of Royalton, Paul Levezow of Greenville, Brian Levezow (June) and Kevin Levezow (Kristy) of Manawa; his brothers, Lloyd Jr. Levezow (Merideth) and Bill Levezow; and his children-in-law, Wally Surma and Cindy Levezow. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
