He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughter Rachel Holzschuh (Mike); his granddaughters, Leslie and Regan; his brother John Michael (Lisa); and his stepmother Janice Ziebell Green Bay. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
