He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Riske and Elsie Riske (Rindt); his parents-in-law, Mavin and Inez Peterson; his siblings, Orville Riske and Beverly Vandergate; his brother-in-law Franklin "Pete" Vandergate; his brother George; his sisters-in-law, Elayne Anderson, Paula Peterson and Pat Peterson; his nephews, Rodney Vandergate, Bradley Peterson, Kelly Peterson and Keith Jorgenson; and his great-nephew Travis Plumb.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Peterson; his children, Michelle Poppy (Ryan) and Dan Riske (Stephanie); his grandsons, Cade and Reese Poppy; his stepgrandson Darin Poppy; his granddaughters, Abigail, Emma and Amollia Riske; his sister Judy Jorgenson; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Jorgenson, Karen Riske, Robert Peterson and Kenny Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
We realize that because of Covid, some may not feel comfortable attending.
