He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Starchaska and Beulah Starchaska (Hoppe); and his brother Thomas Starchaska. He is survived by: his cousins, John Starcheske (Mary), Maxine Fenske and Mary Krenke (Bruce). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Dahlke Life Celebration Center (176 N Bridge St, Manawa, WI 54949). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
