It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian W. Flater (Manawa, Wisconsin), born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fern Rasmussen, William, Alice Flater and Roberta Slomska; his aunts and uncles, Carol Jean Barden, Mary Thoe, Georgeann Rasmussen, Margaret Bailey, Jim Barden, Robert Bailey, Howard Seefeldt and Art Pethke; and his cousins, Dan Seefeldt and Jimmy Barden.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Slomska-Flater; his children, Brandon Flater (Morgan Bauer), Heather Phillips and Jason Phillips; his parents, Kathryn Rasmussen-Flater and Edwin Flater; and his brother Ronald Flater (Janet). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
