She is survived by: her husband Carl Creech; her children, Heather Bernhardt (Darryl) of De Pere, WI, Eric Lyse of New London, WI, Christine Aderman (Ben) of Clintonville, WI, Samantha Werth (Dean) of Clintonville, WI and CJ Lyse Jr. (Lynn) of Manawa, WI; her grandchildren, Summer, Brady, Blake Bernhardt, Hunter Aderman, Willow Werth and Bella Lyse; and her siblings, Mike, Richard, Terry (Howard) and Donna (Jo Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
