He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mack and Twilla Mack (Meserve); and his sister Roxy Conyers. He is survived by: his wife Helen of Maiden Rock; his stepchildren, Justin Gage (Tina Marie), Carisa Cutler and Sara King; his grandchildren, Logan Gage, Kaleb Cutler, Madilyn King and Jaycee Ann Toof; and his siblings, Gerald Mack (Laura), Yvonne and Rita Mack.
