He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian and Della; his wife Beverly Jean Arneson; and his father-in-law Harold Arneson. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Margaret Arneson; his in-laws, Sue, Marv Kontney, Mary, Bill Veith, Mark Arneson, John and Darlene Arneson; his nieces and nephews, Emily Veith (Matt Majeskie), Greg Veith, Joni Magestro (Troy), Mara Rodriguez (Craig), Lars Arneson (Alisha), Jens Arneson (Sydney) and Sigrid Arneson (Tyler Blodgett); his great-nephews, Tyler Magestro and Vaughn Rodriguez; and his great-niece Kylie Magestro.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (401 Femrite Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the VFW Post 7591 (301 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, WI 53716).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VFW Post 7591 or to a charity of your choice.
