She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie Pennington and Herman Pennington; her sisters, Bobbie, Maxine and Sue; and her son Micheil.

She is survived by: her son Tim (Dora); and her granddaughters, Charlotte, Marisa, Courtney (Jesse), Mela and Molly. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
