He is survived by: his parents, Tom Booker and Alice Booker (Hood); his children, Daniel Booker, Carl Booker and Faith Jenson (Adam); his grandchildren, Syanthe Henderson and Grace Jenson; and his siblings, Mattie, Pattie, Roberta and Leon. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
