Tifani Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tifani Johnson formerly of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 4, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Agnes, William Salewski, Betty Lou and Sam Intravaia; and her aunt Victoria Sleger.

She is survived by: her father William Salewski (Ann Hesse) of Madison; her former husband Jeff Johnson; her husband Peter Daubert; her sons, Logan Johnson and Jaxon Johnson of Gallatin, Tennessee; her mother Constance Hofeldt-Rowe (Bruce Rowe) of Middleton; her siblings, Don Veerkamp of Madison, Amie Zellner (Chris) of Waunakee and Matthew Hofeldt (Jade) of Waunakee, Wisconsin.; her stepsisters, Katherine Ridgeway, Melissa Putman, Margaret Zabinski and Elizabeth Muellerleile; her nieces and nephews, Abigail Zellner of Madison, Afton Hofeldt of Waunakee, Austin Zellner of Madison and Jet Hofeldt of Waunakee; her cousins, Hannah, Gareth (Emily) and Aaron Sleger (Molly); her aunt Mary Braun; and her cousins, Chris, Brian Braun (Maddy) of Verona and Traci Braun of Chicago.

With the 2020 pandemic and a furlough, she made the decision to eventually relocate back to Tennessee.
