We bid farewell to Thomas Watts (Madison, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Thomas departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Thomas. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen. He is survived by: his children, Brian Watts (MayLinda) and Tracy Velte (David); his brothers, Bob Watts (Kate) and Dick Watts (Valerie); and his sister-in-law Katherine Ratcliff (Larry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (5001 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made at the church in the donation box, in Tom's memory.
