He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Riemer and Elizabeth Riemer (Fuchs); his wife Kathleen Joyce; his parents-in-law, Harry and Roselle Verle; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Lord (Eugene) and Jerry Kissner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Riemer and Richard Riemer (Karen); his sister-in-law Nancy Kissner; his sons, Brian Riemer (Amy), David Riemer (Bridget), Daniel Riemer (Kathy) and Joseph Riemer (Shelley); his grandchildren, Allison, Kailey, Traci, Jake, Kate, Anna, Wesley, Jessica, Tyler, Christian and Elaina; and his great grandchild Zyla.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Agrace HospiceCare.
