He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parslow and Marie Parslow (Haugh); and his siblings, John Parslow and Mary Parslow Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Parslow (Dischler); his sons, Kirk and Caneal; and his brother James Parslow (Marlene). He is also survived by his family, friends.
