He is survived by: his wife Leah Plummer; his son Thomas Frank; his stepdaughters, Christina Diaz and Stephanie Wallace (Jared); his grandchildren, Aiden and Becca; and his siblings, Scott Frank and Janine Frank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
