He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Miller of Monona, WI; his son Craig (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jack and Elizabeth of Madison, WI; his daughter Heather (Troy); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Connor and Thomas of Antioch, IL; his sister Jane (Dick Jones); his sister-in-law Jean Robertson; his nephews, Scott Jones, Dan Robertson and Andy Robertson; and his niece Julie Robertson.
