He is survived by: his wife Carol Kealey of Janesville, Wis.; his sons, Timothy "Tim" Richard and Theodore "Ted" Richard (Ankie); his grandchildren, Danielle, Anna and Luke Richard; and his sister Susan Glade. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
