It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Heraldina (Blakley) Weisensel of Madison, Wisconsin, born in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Renz and Hilda Renz (Ruffice); her husbands, Robert Blakley and Joseph Weisensel; her son Greg Blakley; her stepson Joseph Allen Weisensel; and her siblings, Francis, Anthony and Leo Renz.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Theel (William), Gary Blakley (Mary), Debra Sauer, Joyce Blakley, Katie Gosda (Joseph), Robert Blakley (Theresa) and Randy Blakley (Heidi); her stepchildren, Patricia McKay (Gloyd), Colleen Schroeder, Kevin Weisensel (Nancy), Melanie Dynes (Gary), Candy Heyroth (Bob), Clayton Weisensel (Teresa), Lisa Jansen (Tim), Gidget Bavery (Darin), Tina Weber (Bruce) and Lori Corser; her stepdaughter-in-law Peggy Weisensel; her siblings, Marty Renz and Maggie Purcell; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Renz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
