She is survived by: her husband Madhu Joshi; her children, Veena Brekke (Steve Sundet) and Vivek Joshi (Monica Joshi); her grandchildren, Arune Brekke (Jannet Arenas Pineda), Erik Brekke, Anjuli Brekke, Elise Joshi and Eliot Joshi; and her great grandchild Niko Brekke Arenas.
